Upon receipt and approval of the Return Material Application, a Warranty Representative will contact you with an authorized RMA number as well as the terms and conditions for the return. You must have an assigned RMA # in order to return any material. Please note: The item(s) approved for return must be received within 30 days from the date that the RMA number is issued to the customer. After 30 days, the item(s) will no longer be eligible for credit.
Approval Conditions:
•All returned material is subject to inspection and restocking charges.

•Returned Material must be in new condition. Any used material that is returned is subject to rework charges, in order to return component to original condition.
