Maxon Technical Service is the truly hands-on branch of our
service departments. Our Technical Advisors have spent years
with our products, some starting out in the Parts Department
while others began in Customer Service. So whether your product
was built in 1982 or in 2002, our technical staff will work
with you to identify the problem and provide a customized
solution.
For
those customers who require more than a phone call, Maxon
Technical Service also makes house calls. From operational
demonstrations and installation assistance to complicated
repair work, our field advisors will be there for you .
